November is the start of the holiday season. For the gunfighters, it started with the passing of one of their family members, “Miss Dee”.
The first show of the month had to be canceled, for obvious reasons. The second show of the month on Nov. 18, will be performed as scheduled and the show will be dedicated to “Miss Dee”.
A number of our members are veterans, some retired from the military, some retired from law enforcement. November 10 marked the 242nd birthday of the United States Marine Corps. Semper Fi. A BIG thank you to all of our service members and volunteers that served previously and those currently serving.
November 11, honored our nations veterans. Thank you to all of the restaurants that gave our veterans and military members some discounts, some free, as a way of thanking them for their service. Yummmmm !
Thanksgiving Day is next Thursday, Nov. 23. This is a time to be with family and friends. Do not let these important days go by.
Remember, Christmas is only a month away. Celebrate in your own fashion.
